We reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings. Fees and Taxes: Price does not include tax or any other fees that a dealer or state/province may charge. There is a ONE time charge of $589.00 documentation fee and 0.3% business tax ($3 per every $1000). We provide a 30-day temporary drive out tag for in-state and out of state buyers. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 60 days. Deposit is non-refundable. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes, and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
CONTRACT TERMS
This contract will be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee. The parties hereto submit to jurisdiction in Wilson County, Tennessee. All actions brought pursuant to this contract shall be brought in Wilson County, Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel the sale at any time. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listed. Neither MotorCars of Nashville Inc nor eBizAutos is responsible for misprints on prices, equipment or packages. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the prices with the dealer, including the pricing for all added accessories.
